You are not alone in this world is a brilliant blog that writes someone who suffers schizophrenia, anxiety and depression. The author of this blog has this blog as extra therapy. I am proud of people who are suffering a lot but they try to do something different in order to improve their lifes. Together we could fight against stereotypes in mental health. Thank you.

Brief story of how my blog started
I wanted to improve my career as psychologist and also I wanted to break some stereotypes about mental health. Having a blog is important and recognized nowadays. I write in Spanish always and sometimes in English. I try to do my best in English although is not my native language.
