I have to say that this post is going to be only in English and I think this is the first time I am doing it. I have been honored again with this award. The blog You are not alone in this world has nominated me to this amazing award that recognizes your impact in the blogosphere. Thank you.

You are not alone in this world is a brilliant blog that writes someone who suffers schizophrenia, anxiety and depression. The author of this blog has this blog as extra therapy. I am proud of people who are suffering a lot but they try to do something different in order to improve their lifes. Together we could fight against stereotypes in mental health. Thank you.

Brief story of how my blog started

I wanted to improve my career as psychologist and also I wanted to break some stereotypes about mental health. Having a blog is important and recognized nowadays. I write in Spanish always and sometimes in English. I try to do my best in English although is not my native language. 

Two advices

  • Patience with your blog.
  • Be yourself. The blog is yours.
